ABOUT PRESENTATION
TITLE

EOSCpilot monitoring framework overview and goals

ABSTRACT

Which are the measurable components of Open Science? How do we build a trustworthy, dynamic, global open science monitor, offering up-to-date comparison of Open Science characteristics?  The talk will provide an overview of the recent advances on the measurement of Open Science trends and practices (FAIR data metrics, open access indicators, etc.) and then will focus on the elements of the monitoring framework, being designed in the context of EOSCPilot project. This framework aims at providing indicators and standards on open research results, as well as specifications and workflows for gathering and validating the appropriate data for the measurement of Open Science.
